Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, please send a written request for cancellation of registration/refund
requests to fyeconf@mailbox.sc.edu. Please enter the name of the event in the subject line. Written cancellations/refund requests submitted on or before
July 18, 2025, will have the registration fee refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the event.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or cancellations for any reason after July 18, 2025, but event attendee substitutions are welcome at no charge.
